The Bay of Fundy is famous for it's highest tides in the world, dominated by diurnal tides, especially by M2. At low tide, large areas of the ocean floor are exposed and in few hours submerged again under few meters of water at high tides.
We visited the Hopewell Rocks Provincial Park at lowest tide hours, precisely predicted by TPXO10-atlas well in advance, on Oct 6 2025. These hours fully coincided with the High/Low tide hours presented at the site.
